What FillItUp.uk Is

FillItUp.uk is an informational service that retrieves and displays UK fuel price data from the official UK Government Fuel Price Transparency API. We present this data as a convenience. We are not a fuel retailer, price-setting body, or government service.

Accuracy of Prices

Prices are sourced from the UK Government API and are refreshed approximately every 10 minutes. Retailers are legally required to submit accurate forecourt prices, but we cannot guarantee that displayed prices are correct at the moment you visit a station.

Always verify the price at the pump. FillItUp.uk accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on prices displayed on this service.

Permitted Use

• You may use FillItUp.uk for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You must not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from FillItUp.uk in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers. If you need bulk data, use the UK Government API directly.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

The FillItUp.uk name, logo, and website design are owned by the operators of FillItUp.uk. The underlying fuel price data is public data published under the terms of the Open Government Licence v3.0 .

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

FillItUp.uk is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FillItUp.uk and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Links to Third Parties

FillItUp.uk provides links to Google Maps for navigation and to app stores for downloads. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
